How would you like me to edit the Roman coin records?

We have got an example of how we would like you to edit the Roman coin records. This is an example of one record, other records will be different, but the same principles will apply.

To start with you need to have pressed the 'Edit this Record' button.

This will open up into a new page where you will see editable boxes.

Below is an example of what we would like you to do in the editable boxes.

**Please do not put any information in the 'Title' (unless there is a spelling or grammar error) or 'Keyword' boxes, please just enter information into the 'Description' box.**

**Please see the image below for the official museum guidelines for inputting information into the description field after you have written the roman coin description as stated above**

Recommended website:

For help in identifying the Roman Coins we recommend you use the Portable Antiquities Scheme website. You can use the Portable Antiquities Scheme database to help search for the coins you have chosen to identify, it holds thousands of examples of roman coins with high quality images, making it easier for you to find the coin you are looking for.
